GARRI

For making eba
  1. Boil your desired quantity of water in a pot.
  2. Add GREENFIELD GARRI in boiled water to make it mid-solid.
  3. Stir until you obtain a thick, homogenous paste.
  4. Serve with a desired soup of your choice.

  2. Add desired quantity of water
  3. Add sugar/sweetener or protein of choice
  4. Your Greenfield garri is ready for drinking.

PUPURU

Greenfield Pupuru is made from fermented cassava into a fine flour that is turned into a semi-solid paste which can be eaten with your choice soup such as egusi, ogbono, efo riro, to mention a few. When prepared, it is light and easily digestible. 

Available sizes are 1kg and 2kg.

How to prepare the Greenfield Fermented Cassava Flour (Pupuru) 
  1. Boil your cooking water.
  2. Pour boiled water into a clean container - bowl or pot.
  3. Add the desired quantity of the Greenfield Fermented Cassava Flour (Pupuru) to the hot water (step 2 above).
  4. Stir contents in the bowl/pot with a thick spatula until you have achieved your preferred consistency - smooth and solid paste.
  5. Your Greenfield Fermented Cassava Flour (Pupuru) is now ready to eat.
  6. Serve with your choice prepared soup.
  7. Balance well with chilled drink or water for proper digestion.

PLANTAIN FLOUR (ELUBO OGEDE)

Our plantain is sourced from West Africa. It is dried and milled into fine flour before packaging hygienically for your eating pleasure. Also known as Elubo or Amala. Available in 2kg packs.

How to prepare the Greenfield Elubo Ogede 
  1. Boil your cooking water.
  2. Pour boiled water into a clean container - bowl or pot.
  3. Add the desired quantity of the Greenfield Elubo Ogede (unripe plantain flour) to the hot water (step 2 above).
  4. Stir contents in the bowl/pot with a thick spatula until you have achieved your preferred consistency - smooth and solid paste.
  5. Your Greenfield Elubo Ogede is now ready to eat.
  6. Serve with your choice prepared soup.
  7. Balance well with chilled drink or water for proper digestion.

Greenfield Iru Aladun (Locust beans) is an African flavorsome spice. Packaged and distributed in 250g.

Greenfield Palm Oil is produced from fresh, juicy palm kernel fruits and packaged ready so you can prepare choice meals for you and your household.

The palm oil is notably rich in Vitamin A and found to prevent brain disease, ageing, hypertension and efficient as a detoxifier, because it contains both saturated and unsaturated fats required by the body.
